The Sports and Rehabilitation Centre is built in a landscaped setting, keeping in view the image of traditional Islamic buildings, and offers facilities of international standard for various indoor, outdoor and water sports. The centre is the only one of its kind in Pakistan with an Olympic-sized swimming pool, vast sports ground with three cricket pitches and 480-metre jogging track, four tennis courts, patients' rehabilitation centre, children's play area, well-equipped gymnasium and other distinctive features.
